Below are the basic qualifications for
Marine Officer Programs. To fully determine
your
eligibility, fill out the
pre-screening form

phone.
Must be found morally qualified.
Must be mentally qualified (e.g. meet at
least one of the following): SAT Score of
1000 or higher (Math & English) - AFQT Score
of 74 or higher on the Armed Services
Vocational Aptitude
Must be enrolled full
time or have graduated from an accredited
four year college or university.
Must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher
Must be found medically qualified at a
Military Entrance Processing Station
Must pass the Marine Corps Physical Fitness
test
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must meet Marine Corps Height/Weight
Standards
AVIATION ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
No more than 27.5 years old when
commissioned
Pass the Navy/Marine Corps Aviation
Selection Test Battery (ASTB)
Be found medically qualified for flight
training
Have 20/40 or better vision or have properly
undergone PRK surgery
LAW ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
LSAT score of 150 or better.
Accepted to / enrolled in an ABA accredited
law school or a graduate of an ABA
accredited law school and accepted to
applicable state bar.
Less than 33 years old when beginning active
duty.
